Some houses simply host you, while others become part of your journey. Casa Safir was designed for enjoying time together, but also so each guest can find their own space to rest, work, or relax. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, dining area for eight, and a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar and stools, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals. From this area, you can step out to the private garden—a pleasant spot to start your day with a coffee or enjoy a moment outdoors. The second level features three carefully decorated bedrooms, ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. Bed distribution: Bedroom 1: one Queen bed. Bedroom 2: one double bed. Bedroom 3: two single beds. On the third level, you’ll find one of the most versatile spaces in the house: a TV room with Smart TV, double sofa bed, and a large desk with two chairs—perfect for remote work or a movie night. From here, you have access to two terraces: one overlooking the park and another facing the interior of the complex. The house also has a half bathroom on the ground floor, 200 Mbps internet, washer, dryer, and two parking spaces.

Other Details to Note

The house has ceiling fans but no air conditioning. The heated pool is shared with residents and other guests of the complex. It can be used freely during its hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pets are not allowed on the property. Visitors are allowed as long as they respect the maximum capacity, condominium rules, and quiet hours. No gatherings, parties, or events are allowed. We can issue an invoice for your stay. To request it, you’ll need to provide the corresponding tax information. We can assist with early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Pets are not allowed. No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. Visitors must respect the property’s capacity and condominium rules. Visits cannot turn into gatherings or events. Take care of the furniture, linens, and decorative items in the house. When leaving, turn off lights, fans, and appliances. Make sure doors and windows are properly closed. Pool Rules Hours of use: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Running, smoking, or littering is not allowed. No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area. No bottles, glasses, or other glass objects are allowed. People under the influence of alcohol are not allowed in the pool. Wear appropriate swimwear and footwear. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Maintain respectful coexistence with other users. In case of emergency, immediately notify the condominium staff.

You’ll have private access to all of Casa Safir, including its three levels, three bedrooms, TV room, workspace, garden, and two terraces. The property is not shared with other guests. You can also use the heated pool and children’s play area in the complex. These amenities are shared with residents and other guests of the development. Access to the house is self-check-in via a lockbox with keys.
