Quiet hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., music, television, and conversations must be kept at a low volume. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed. Neighbor relations: The apartment is located within a residential complex with permanent residents, so any behavior that causes disturbances may result in cancellation of the stay without refund. Pets: If traveling with pets, they are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the apartment. Guests are fully responsible for taking them outside and for any damage, cleaning, or additional disinfection required. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, reporting to the platform, and/or early termination of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies.
