Pets are accepted under consideration of the house rules and care of the space. We can also review the possibility of early check-in or late check-out at an additional cost, subject to availability. House Rules

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am (please ask about possible exceptions). Smoking is only allowed in the patio, using the provided ashtray. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $2,000 MXN penalty for special cleaning and deodorization. No loud noises (excessively loud music or TV) are allowed after 11 pm. Guest Access

Guests have full access to the house during their stay, including the 3 bedrooms, study/office, living room, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms, backyard, and the 3 private parking spaces. Access to the property is via a secure lockbox, where you can easily and safely collect the keys.

Find us

There are minibus lines that go to the historic center (Plaza de la Constitución) every 20 minutes, from 5 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a stop at the entrance of the community. A bicycle is available for guest use at a modest additional cost ($50 MXN per day). With fast roads and bypasses, you have access to the most important places: historic center, universities, business parks, and the airport.
